Song of myself composed by Walt Whitman. He was born in 1819 in America. He worked as a carpenter before his twelfth birthday. He also worked as a printer, teacher and editor . His important works include Leaves of Grass. In this poem the poet enjoy himself in others. He says that what he assumes should be assumed by all because every atom of blood is tha same in all human beings. He says he is thirty seven years old and he is healthy till death. He always keeps feelings or thoughts in mind for good or bad. He is ready for every hazard in his life.
