I  have a dream is a speech delivered by Martin Luther King , Jr in Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC in 1963. In his early career he became civil rights activist and he was influenced by Mahatma Gandhi . He adopted non- violence and got Nobel prize in 1964. In this speech Martin luther leads negro community to help them and gain freedom and justice. He says one hundred years ago a great american signed Emancipation proclamation. But one years later Negro is still not free and life of negro crippled by chains of discrimination. He says that they had to live life of deported persons thought they are native. American government is not supporting them. He assures them that they will get freedom and their rights one day.  He dreams that they will return to their homes and they will get justic. He dreams that one days on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together. He says if America is to be a great nation this must come true.
